Job Description

Conduct thorough studies on Change Requests (CRs) and verify the content of KEM releases.
Develop implementation plans for change requests and align with relevant stakeholders.
Track and report status, resolving abnormalities within decision thresholds.
Lead global change management initiatives, ensuring consistent implementation across markets and regions.
Manage communication of order cutoffs during series implementation, informing all stakeholders of the transition plan.
Circulate implementation plans (N, N+1), manage Planning KEM activities, and address ageing cases, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
Coordinate supplier-end changes and ensure RA KTO coordination, including obtaining Part Submission Warrant (PSW) and PPAP confirmations.
Document lessons learned and apply the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology for continuous improvement in change implementation processes.

Job Requirements

E/B degree.
Minimum 2 years of experience in change management or a related field.
Possess strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines is essential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively is necessary.
Familiarity with electronic data processing and software applications is preferred.
