Change Manager / Coordiantor

Responsibilities:

Preparing agenda for the CAB meetings in accordance with the business/operational impact of the change requests.

Prioritizing the IT infrastructure changes.

Overviews ITIL change management procedure.

Chairing weekly CAB meetings.

Classifying the changes as standard ones based on low impact and repeat occurrences.

Assess the change plan, evaluate it, and conduct a risk and impact assessment; then, during the review and CAB meetings, ensure that you communicate the status and results of the change in a clear, compelling, and credible manner.

Must be very good at running correlation exercises for incidents caused by change and have good hands on analyzing the root cause

Should understand the roadmap of the change plan and raise correct and concise audit questions before CAB approvals

Demonstrates a clear knowledge of Change Management with practical experience in assessing analyzing

Developing documenting and implementing change processes and procedures

Demonstrates a clear knowledge of Service Delivery Management standards practices and applies these standards amp practices

Convenes urgent CAB or ECAB meetings for all urgent RFCs

Demonstrates good reporting skills and well versed with ticketing tools like ServiceNow, GSD, BMC remedy.

Able to accept a significant level of responsibility and accountability and produce reports in MS power point , MS Excel and in SNOW.
