Change Coordinator

As the Change Management Specialist, your role involves being the primary point of contact with Clients and Operations for change requests within existing lines of business. You will be responsible for tracking and documenting business requirements for stakeholders, both internal and external. Your duties will include acting as a liaison between Clients, Operations, and Technology for technical/program requirements, coordinating change requests of varying scale, scope, and complexity, and ensuring timely responses to enable quoting for approval. Additionally, you will assist with cost analysis, pricing, opportunity analysis, and workflow analysis, while also attending all change request meetings and contributing to the development and streamlining of current workflows with the PMO team. Other responsibilities include updating operational documentation and performing any other assigned duties. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for Clients and Operations regarding change requests - Track receipt of change requests and document business requirements - Coordinate change requests of varying complexity and scale - Assist with cost, pricing, opportunity, and workflow analysis - Attend change request meetings and contribute to workflow development - Update operational documentation and perform additional assigned duties Qualifications Required: - College/University degree, preferably in project/change management - 2-3 years of experience in the finance industry within projects/operations - Fluency in English (and French, if applicable) - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges - Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, multitask, and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint - Familiarity with company policies, standards, and procedures related to change management,
