Job Description

Role Overview: As a Risk and Compliance Consultant at Accenture, your role involves advising financial and non-financial institutions on various risk management areas such as risk strategy, enterprise risk, fraud and financial crime risk compliance. You will also partner with global deal teams to provide subject matter expertise on risk-related topics and contribute to thought capital development on emerging risk management trends. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate good project management skills and lead teams across different functions and geographies - Utilize strong business acumen to understand and manage risk management processes effectively - Solve complex business problems and ensure client satisfaction - Develop point of views on current industry trends with strong writing skills - Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to learn quickly and make informed decisions - Communicate effectively with stakeholders through excellent interpersonal and presentation skills - Engage in cross-cultural competence to thrive in a dynamic consulting environment Qualifications Required: - Hold an MBA from Tier-1 B-schools with a specialization in risk management - Possess 3-7 years of risk management experience in Financial Services institutions, Rating Agency, Professional Services, or Risk Advisory - Understanding of areas such as credit risk measurement, market risk management, liquidity risk measurement, operational risk management, and treasury experiences - Hands-on experience with risk platforms like Sungard, Murex, Calypso, etc. - Industry certifications such as FRM, PRM, or CFA are preferred Company Details: Accenture offers you the opportunity to work on transformative projects with key G2000 clients, co-create with industry experts, and develop your skills through personalized training modules.
