Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Certified Personal Trainer role located in Gurgaon. The Certified Personal Trainer will design and lead personalized fitness programs tailored to clients' unique goals and abilities. Responsibilities include conducting fitness assessments, leading fitness and circuit training sessions, providing nutritional guidance, and offering ongoing support and motivational coaching to clients. The role also involves ensuring a safe and effective fitness environment while encouraging a healthy and active lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction, with a strong ability to customize fitness programs based on individual needs.
• Experienced in Circuit Training and Sports Coaching to deliver engaging and effective workout sessions.
• Knowledgeable in Nutrition to provide clients with basic dietary advice that complements their fitness goals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish positive relationships with clients and motivate them to achieve their goals.
• Relevant certification in Personal Training or related fitness domains (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA) is required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members in an on-site setting.
• Experience in group fitness instruction or specialized training programs is a plus.
• A Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, or related field is beneficial, though not mandatory.
