Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Certified Personal Trainer based in Bareilly. The Certified Personal Trainer will be responsible for conducting personalized fitness assessments, developing tailored workout programs, and guiding members through safe and effective exercises. Responsibilities include monitoring client progress, providing fitness education, ensuring proper use of equipment, and fostering a supportive environment to help members achieve their fitness goals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of physical fitness principles, exercise techniques, and workout programming
• Strong skills in client assessment, performance tracking, and customized fitness planning
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and engage members
• Ability to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all members and staff
• Certification in personal training (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent) is mandatory
• Basic first aid and CPR certification
• Experience in gym/accommodation fitness services or personal coaching preferred
• Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others reach their objectives
