Ceo's Office Intern

Role Overview:

As a CEO’s Office Intern at Hirednex, you will work directly with the Founder & CEO on strategic projects and daily operations. This role is ideal for highly driven individuals looking to gain first-hand exposure to the decision-making processes, business strategy, and execution at a high-growth startup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing key strategic initiatives across different functions.
• Support in preparing presentations, reports, and communication decks for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analysis to support new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and follow-ups on action items.
• Draft and manage official communications, emails, and documentation.
• Support in designing and implementing operational processes and special projects as required.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (MBA, BBA, or related field preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of modern productivity and AI tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems creatively.
