With an expanding regional footprint and a vision for national presence, they are now looking for a dynamic CEO to lead the next phase of strategic growth, brand expansion, and operational excellence.

Role and Responsibilities

The CEO will be responsible for end-to-end leadership of the business, including strategy, operations, brand development, and financial performance. This is a pivotal leadership role that requires a balance of visionary thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on guest experience, brand integrity, and stakeholder value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the group’s long-term strategic vision
• Drive P&L ownership, operational excellence, and sustainable profitability
• Expand the brand footprint through new properties, markets, and partnerships
• Foster a high-performance culture rooted in guest-centricity and service innovation
• Build and lead a strong leadership team across functions (Operations, Sales, Marketing, F&B, etc.)
• Engage with key stakeholders including investors, board members, partners, and government bodies
• Lead digital transformation, sustainability, and future-forward guest experiences
• Represent the brand as a thought leader in the luxury hospitality space

Skills and Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in hospitality or adjacent sectors (luxury, travel, lifestyle, consumer)
• Proven experience as a CEO, MD, or Business Head in a luxury hotel or resort chain
• Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of luxury customer expectations
• Track record of scaling businesses, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional service standards
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high EQ and boardroom presence
• Experience in managing multi-location operations and large teams
