Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Admin Management: run centre daily; first point of contact for parents & therapists.
  • Scheduling: therapist rosters (centre + home visits), reschedules, cancellations.
  • Attendance & Payroll Input: track therapist/child attendance, share with Accounts for payroll.
  • Recruitment Support: source resumes (local + LinkedIn + references), coordinate interviews, collect docs for HR files.
  • Compliance Support: collect KYC docs, upload to Drive, track health insurance, etc.
  • Drive/CRM Updates: upload invoices, receipts, documents into Google Drive/CRM.
  • Petty Cash & Vendor Management: maintain records, settle with Accounts Executive weekly.
  • Parent Coordination: handle complaints, share updates, basic customer service.
  • Reporting: weekly report sessions conducted, absentees, parent issues, petty cash usage.
  • Automation Support: update ClickUp/Notion boards for tasks, maintain therapist schedules.
