JOB DESCRIPTION The Centre Manager will be the face of Célébré Privé by SkyJumper, responsible for delivering an exceptional, luxury and exclusive birthday parties and private event experience. She will lead all operational, sales, and service functions to ensure every guest interaction reflects exclusivity, elegance, and perfection. This role demands high emotional intelligence, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong hospitality background to cater to elite clientele, including HNIs, expats, celebrities, and corporate leaders. Key Responsibilities 1. Operations & Guest Experience - Ensure Célébré operates as a premium experience with 100% focus on exclusivity. - Oversee smooth execution of all events – from décor setup to F&B service, entertainment, and guest departure. - Conduct daily service briefings to align staff on guest profiles, party schedules, and SOPs. - Personally welcome and interact with high-profile guests, ensuring personalised attention throughout. - Maintain 5-star hygiene, ambience, and safety standards at all times. 2. Sales & Revenue - Work closely with the Sales cum CRM Executive to achieve and exceed booking targets. - Convert high-value leads through personal meetings and relationship building with ultra-HNI clients. - Monitor per-event profitability and control operational costs without compromising service quality. - Drive upselling of premium add-ons (celebrity performances, luxury décor, gourmet menus). 3. Staff Management - Lead, motivate, and groom an all-female luxury service team of 10+ staff. - Prepare weekly rosters, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance. - Conduct regular training in luxury hospitality etiquette, guest handling, and service finesse. - Ensure cross-department coordination (arcade, F&B, café, housekeeping). 4. Brand Standards & Compliance - Enforce SkyJumper Célébré Privé by SkyJumper SOPs for décor, service, safety, and food handling. - Maintain inventory of décor items, equipment, and F&B supplies. - Ensure compliance with hygiene, liquor licensing (when applicable), and safety regulations. - Represent the brand in PR events, influencer meets, and corporate tie-ups.
