About the Role

The Centre Manager will be the face of Célébré Privé by SkyJumper

This role requires a highly refined hospitality professional with emotional intelligence, impeccable attention to detail, and a flair for managing elite clientele such as HNIs, expats, celebrities, and corporate leaders.


Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

• Oversee daily operations of the centre, ensuring smooth execution of events and services.

• Maintain high service standards in line with the luxury positioning of the brand.

• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational protocols.

Guest Experience & Relationship Management

• Act as the primary representative of the brand to clients and guests.

• Provide personalized service, anticipating guest needs and preferences.

• Build long-term relationships with elite clientele to encourage repeat business.

Sales & Business Development

• Drive event bookings and revenue through proactive sales efforts.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote exclusive packages and offerings.

• Identify opportunities for upselling premium services and partnerships.

Team Leadership

• Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• Set performance standards and monitor execution.

• Foster a culture of luxury hospitality, professionalism, and accountability.

Financial & Administrative Management

• Manage budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting.

• Ensure efficient resource utilization to optimize profitability.

• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• 7+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, premium events, or high-end lifestyle brands.

• Strong network within HNI, expat, and corporate communities (preferred).

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• High emotional intelligence with the ability to handle elite clientele.

• Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for delivering perfection.

• Leadership skills with proven experience in team management.
