Centre Head-Nursery to II

You are applying for the position of Centre Head to lead the Nursery to Grade 2 section. Your role will involve overseeing the academic, administrative, and operational management of the section. You will be responsible for implementing the curriculum, mentoring and managing staff, ensuring safety and well-being of children, monitoring teaching and child development, engaging with parents, organizing school events, and ensuring compliance with educational regulations and policies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead academic, administrative, and operational management of Nursery to Grade 2. - Oversee curriculum implementation including Cambridge & CBSE. - Mentor and manage teaching and non-teaching staff for optimal performance. - Maintain high standards of safety, discipline, hygiene, and well-being of all children. - Monitor classroom teaching, lesson planning, and child development. - Coordinate parent engagement initiatives and handle queries and feedback. - Organize school events, celebrations, and activities relevant to early learning. - Ensure compliance with educational regulations and institutional policies. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or related field. - Montessori/ECCE/NTT Certification. - Minimum 5 years of teaching experience and 2+ years in a leadership/academic coordinator role in a reputed preschool or primary school. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Fluency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of a regional language is an advantage. - Passion for early learning, child development, and progressive education practices. In addition to the above, the job requires a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience as an In-charge, coordinator, or Headmistress in Nursery to Grade 2. The position is full-time and requires the candidate to work in person at the Faridabad, Haryana location. A Bachelor's degree is required, along with 5 years of experience in early childhood education and NTT/ECCE certification.,
