Centre Head-Nursery to II

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and compassionate Centre Head to lead our Nursery to Grade 2 section. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood and primary education, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for creating a nurturing, stimulating, and structured environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the academic, administrative, and operational management of Nursery to Grade 2.
• Oversee curriculum implementation (Cambridge & CBSE)
• Mentor and manage teaching and non-teaching staff for optimal performance.
• Maintain high standards of safety, discipline, hygiene, and well-being of all children.
• Monitor classroom teaching, lesson planning, and child development.
• Coordinate parent engagement initiatives and handle queries and feedback.
• Organize school events, celebrations, and activities relevant to early learning.
• Ensure compliance with educational regulations and institutional policies.

Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years In-charge or coordinator, or Headmistress in Nursery to 2

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree with experience in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or related field.
• Montessori/ECCE/NTT Certification
• Minimum 5 years of teaching and 2+ years in a leadership/academic coordinator role in a reputed preschool or primary school.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); regional language an advantage.
• Passionate about early learning, child development, and progressive education practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
