You are the ideal candidate for the role of Centre Head at our Nursery to Grade 2 section if you have a strong background in early childhood and primary education, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for creating a nurturing, stimulating, and structured environment for young learners. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the academic, administrative, and operational management of Nursery to Grade 2. - Oversee curriculum implementation (Cambridge & CBSE). - Mentor and manage teaching and non-teaching staff for optimal performance. - Maintain high standards of safety, discipline, hygiene, and well-being of all children. - Monitor classroom teaching, lesson planning, and child development. - Coordinate parent engagement initiatives and handle queries and feedback. - Organize school events, celebrations, and activities relevant to early learning. - Ensure compliance with educational regulations and institutional policies. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's or Masters degree with experience in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or related field. - Montessori/ECCE/NTT Certification. - Minimum 5 years of teaching and 2+ years in a leadership/academic coordinator role in a reputed preschool or primary school. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Fluency in English (spoken and written); regional language an advantage. - Passionate about early learning, child development, and progressive education practices. You should have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience as an In-charge, coordinator, or Headmistress in Nursery to Grade 2. This is a full-time role that requires in-person work at our location in Faridabad, Haryana.
