Centre Coordinator

Job Description: You will lead the day-to-day operations to ensure high standards of education, safety, and customer satisfaction at the preschool. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and preschool policies, fostering a safe and nurturing environment for children, developing educational programs, managing and mentoring staff, engaging with parents, handling admissions, managing finances, coordinating events, and maintaining the facility's cleanliness. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of the preschool - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and preschool policies - Foster a safe and nurturing environment for children - Develop and implement educational programs and curricula - Manage and mentor teaching and non-teaching staff - Engage with parents and guardians - Handle admissions and increase enrollment through effective marketing strategies - Manage the preschool's budget and finances - Coordinate events, activities, and field trips - Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the preschool facility Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field - At least 5 years of experience in preschool management or a similar role - Strong leadership and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Passion for early childhood education and child development - Proven ability to manage and inspire a diverse team - Knowledge of regulatory requirements for preschools Additional Details: The company offers leave encashment and paid time off as benefits.
