As the Preschool Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations to ensure high standards of education, safety, and customer satisfaction. Your role involves supervising staff, managing resources, and maintaining a thriving learning environment for our young learners. Your responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and school policies, fostering a safe and nurturing environment for children, developing educational programs, managing teaching and non-teaching staff, engaging with parents and guardians, handling admissions, managing the budget, coordinating events and field trips, and maintaining the facility's cleanliness. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in preschool management or a similar role. Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. A passion for early childhood education, the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team, and knowledge of regulatory requirements for preschools are also required. Key skills needed for this role include leadership, team management, budget management, curriculum development, parental engagement, conflict resolution, operational oversight, marketing and admissions, early childhood education, and child safety and welfare.
