Job Description

Lead the day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of education, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will supervise staff, manage resources, and maintain a thriving learning environment for our young learners. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the preschool Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and preschool policies Foster a safe and nurturing environment for children Develop and implement educational programs and curricula Manage and mentor teaching and non-teaching staff Engage with parents and guardians to address concerns and provide updates Handle admissions and increase enrollment through effective marketing strategies Manage the preschool's budget and finances Coordinate events, activities, and field trips Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the preschool facility Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field At least 5 years of experience in preschool management or a similar role Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for early childhood education and child development Proven ability to manage and inspire a diverse team Knowledge of regulatory requirements for preschools Skills Leadership Team management Budget management Curriculum development Parental engagement Conflict resolution Operational oversight Marketing and admissions Early childhood education Child safety and welfare Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
