Central Reservation Executive

Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and OTA bookings for room reservations, restaurant bookings, and other services.
  
• Provide accurate information on availability, rates, policies, and promotions.
  
• Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service.
  
• Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling relevant services.
  
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently.
  

• For Team Leader / Supervisory level:

• Lead, train, and supervise CRS team members.
  
• Monitor daily reservation flow and ensure accurate entries in PMS/CRS.
  
• Coordinate with Sales, Front Office, Revenue, and OTA teams for special requests or group bookings.
  
• Conduct periodic audits of booking entries to maintain data integrity.
  
• Prepare daily reservation reports and forecasts.
  
• Handle escalated customer issues professionally.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 - 7 years of experience in hotel reservations or hospitality industry.
  
• Strong communication and professional etiquette via phone and email.
  
• Knowledge of CRS, PMS, Channel Managers, and CRM systems (e.g., Amadeus).
  
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
  

• For supervisory candidates:

  leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
  

Preferred Experience:

• Graduate in Hotel Management or related field.
  
• Experience in multi-property environments.
  
• Familiarity with tools like RateGain, TravelClick, or similar reservation systems.
