Central Reservation Executive

About the Role

GENREVE is growing its reservation team and we are looking for a Central Reservation Executive who can handle enquiries, assist guests with bookings, and convert leads into confirmed reservations.
If you are confident, well-spoken, and enjoy customer interaction, this is the perfect role for you.

This position requires a balance of communication, sales, customer service, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and booking requests
• Provide room availability, pricing, and package details
• Convert enquiries into confirmed reservations
• Coordinate with hotels and resorts for updates and confirmations
• Maintain accurate booking records and follow-ups
• Assist guests with changes, cancellations, or special requests
• Deliver fast, polite, and professional customer service
• Share daily enquiry and conversion reports

Who Can Apply

• Strong communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
• Confident, polite, and customer-friendly
• Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, Gmail)
• Ability to handle multiple enquiries at once
• Sales or call-center experience is a plus
• Hospitality experience is an advantage but not required
• Freshers with good speaking skills may also apply
