We are looking for someone who loves speaking with guests, understands hospitality, and can confidently handle reservations and conversions across multiple properties. If you enjoy helping people, closing direct bookings, and creating a smooth guest experience, this role might fit you well
Attend inbound calls, WhatsApp and email inquiries for all properties
Convert leads into direct bookings by understanding guest needs and property offerings
Share accurate room availability, pricing, promotions and policies
Upsell higher room categories, add-ons and experiences
Coordinate with on-ground teams for booking confirmations and special requests
Maintain complete records in PMS and CRM without errors
Follow response time and conversion targets
Create a positive guest experience before check-in
Cross-sell other properties when needed
Report daily booking, lead status and pipeline
Clear and confident communication
Ability to handle objections and pitch value
Basic understanding of OTA, direct booking and reservation process
Good typing and email writing skills
Comfortable using PMS, CRM, Excel or Google Sheets
Calm attitude with problem solving approach
Sales focused mindset
Experience in hotel reservations, front office, call center, BPO or travel desk
Hospitality or relevant qualification (not mandatory if you are great at sales)
