Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Manager located in Udaipur,Rajasthan

Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently

Provide accurate information and assistance to guests regarding local attractions and services

Coordinate with housekeeping and operations to maintain service standards

Handle guest queries and resolve issues with professionalism

Maintain records, reports, and ensure compliance with hostel policies

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or front office operations preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and booking systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• A positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent guest service
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
