Job Description

As a crucial member of the team at Precia Collections, you will be responsible for implementing the merchandising strategy and New Product Introduction (NPI) for the graceful collection of gemstone jewelry. Your role involves aligning with the overall merchandising and business strategy to drive growth and profitability for the business. - Creating and seeking approval for unique design codes - Interfacing and coordinating with designers, engineers, planners, and other stakeholders - Negotiating with manufacturers and suppliers to meet company and customer expectations - Maintaining the product catalogue and design bank for Precia collections - Facilitating NPI meetings with Merchandising representatives - Designing planograms and assortment mixes for optimal stock availability - Gathering insights on catchment preferences, peak seasons, and planned campaigns - Managing the rotation of aged/dead stock and providing inputs on vendor returns - Identifying stock redistribution among stores and dead stock for effective management In terms of qualifications, you should have: - Strong business communication skills, especially in facilitation, negotiation, and presentation - Strong interpersonal and planning skills to effectively carry out the responsibilities associated with this position Please note that additional details of the company were not provided in the job description.,
