Central Manager

As a Central Manager at Benci International Academy, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities within the central operations unit. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient processes, consistent service delivery, and standardized operations across all business units. Acting as a liaison between senior management and operational teams, you will implement company policies, manage staff, and ensure that organizational goals are met. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operations of the central office or central unit, developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows, and coordinating with department heads and branch managers to ensure policy compliance and operational alignment. You will also be tasked with monitoring KPIs and operational data to identify inefficiencies, managing budgeting and resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. Additionally, you will prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on central operations performance. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) along with at least 1 year of experience in operations or administrative management, preferably in a centralized or multi-location setting. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as proficiency in MS Office and business management software. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities will also be key to your success in this position. This is a full-time/part-time/permanent/fresher/internship role with an expected 48 hours per week. The benefits include cell phone reimbursement and paid time off.
