Job Summary:The Central Kitchen & Warehouse Incharge will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen production prep, raw material management, and warehouse operations. This role ensures accurate inventory control, adherence to food safety standards, and efficient coordination between the central kitchen and all outlets. The individual will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence, product consistency, and timely supply chain management. Key Responsibilities:Production & Preparation: Supervise daily prep work in the central kitchen, including ingredient processing and preparation of pre-mixes or semi-finished items. Ensure standard recipes and preparation procedures are consistently followed to maintain quality. Plan and organize daily and weekly prep schedules based on indents received from outlets. Inventory & Stock Management: Maintain accurate weekly and monthly stock records for all raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products. Update stock movements and consumption data promptly in the system. Conduct physical stock audits regularly and reconcile with system reports. Ensure First-In-First-Out (FIFO) method is strictly followed to minimize wastage and manage product shelf life. Indent & Supply Coordination: Receive and verify indents from all outlets. Consolidate requirements and share replenishment plans with management for approval. Coordinate dispatches and ensure timely supply to outlets as per approved indents. Material Receiving & Quality Check: Supervise the receipt of incoming materials and verify quality, quantity, and expiry dates. Report discrepancies or quality issues to the concerned department immediately. Ensure proper labeling and storage of all received materials. Hygiene & Upkeep: Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards within the kitchen and storage areas. Ensure all equipment, storage racks, and preparation areas are regularly cleaned and well-maintained. Implement and monitor compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines. Reporting & Coordination: Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory, production, and wastage. Collaborate closely with the management team to streamline kitchen and warehouse operations. Train and supervise kitchen and warehouse staff to ensure adherence to operational standards.
