Center Sales Manager

SILICA is a leading institute providing guidance and coaching for design entrance exams like NID, IIT-CEED, NIFT, NATA / JEE (B.Arch), ART (BFA) etc for admissions to design programs at UG & PG level. Over the last 18 years, 15,000+ SILICA students have got admission in top Design, Fashion, Architecture & Art colleges. In 2021-22, SILICA is on course to enroll 3,000+ students at its 26 centers across 11 cities in India. SILICA is headquartered in Mumbai but has centers in Pune, Delhi, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Nagpur, Nashik, Aurangabad, Indore, Lucknow, Kanpur.

Six days working, Saturday and Sunday compulsory working with 9hrs shift.

Responsibilities:

Marketing & Sales

• Taking overall responsibility for center sales targets
• Achieving conversion and admissions targets
• Managing team of counselors & executives
• Planning and executing local level marketing activities
• Ensuring installments collection is on time
• Timely reporting to Area Manager
• Campus visit to college in and out Mumbai

Academics & Operations:

• Taking overall responsibility for center operations targets
• Managing team of academic coordinator / executive
• Achieving strong customer word of mouth
• Interacting with and motivating faculties.
• Interacting with students and parents.
• Solving Operational Problems as and when they arise.

Requisites (Core competencies / Skills):

• Excellent English Communication Skills. Ability to communicate with Premium Customers.
• Analytical Skills & Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Team Management skills
• Target Oriented Ness
• Customer Service Oriented Ness
• Basic interest in providing guidance & education

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
