TCS is hiring for Center Of Excellence Role

Qualification:- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) is mandatory.

Location- Mumbai

Representing the project as a FF/Logisticexpert
An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills, strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.
Experience of leading teams with high visibility and performance driven
People Management, Conflict management and Influencing Skills
Working closely with Customer, multiple stakeholders to set up and establish an ocean Logistics / Freight forwarder team.
Should be able to proactively drive internal initiatives with high sense of urgency.
Work towards deadlines and deliver quality outputs within timeline.
Candidate should have sound knowledge of Logistics business processes Sea/Road/Rail and Air
Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Logistics and/or ocean freight forwarding domain. Should have been a Manager for at least 3 years.
Enable to set up new business processes / procedures for Logistics / Freight forwarders companies
Experience in project planning, design implementation, monitoring hand in hand out between stakeholders
Experience in Operations Process. Vendor, Liner management / Follow up and tracking procedures
Familiar in Logistics Marketplace concepts and customer demands
A Domain expertise with comprehensive knowledge of business processes, Process Management,
