Description

We are looking for a skilled Pega Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and developing Pega applications and will play a crucial role in enhancing our business processes through technology.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Pega applications using Pega PRPC.
Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Pega applications.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Develop and maintain technical documentation related to Pega applications.

Skills and Qualifications

3-9 years of experience in Pega development.
Proficiency in Pega PRPC, including case management, workflow, and rules management.
Experience with Pega 7.x or higher versions.
Understanding of BPM concepts and methodologies.
Knowledge of integration techniques with other applications and services (SOAP, REST).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
