Qualification & Experience:

• Any Graduate (BCom/BBA/BA/MBA preferred)
• 03 years of experience in Customer Service or Insurance Sales

You will manage customer interactions through calls, chats, and emails, assist with policy renewals and claims, and ensure a seamless service experience. The role involves guiding customers, resolving issues promptly, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries on policy details, renewals, and claims.
• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities for insurance plans.
• Maintain accurate data in CRM and coordinate with internal teams.
• Achieve service quality and retention targets.
