Role Overview

Customer Success Associate

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working with consultants, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for empaneled GRC consultants/ Software Developers/ Influencers/Community led growth members and maintain regular communication between them and the internal team.
• Coordinate & execute micro-campaigns like Webinars/Exhibitions to onboard them.
• Implement Outbound process via Warm/Cold calling.
• Manage the

  onboarding process

  for new Community led growth members, including documentation & agreements.
• Coordinate training sessions, product walkthroughs, and enablement materials
• Track engagement, leads, opportunities, and ongoing activities under the program.
• Work closely with business development, product, and compliance teams to align partner activities.
• Maintain partner databases, trackers, and periodic reports.
• Support the leadership with updates on vital metrics, and ecosystem growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in

  coordination, partner management, consulting support, or liaison roles

  .
• Exposure to

  GRC, compliance, risk management, or enterprise consulting

  is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with documentation, trackers, and CRM tools.
• Ability to manage multiple consultants and tasks simultaneously.
• Professional, proactive, and relationship-oriented mindset.
