Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute territory-wise sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
Build and manage relationships with decision-makers in schools, colleges, and education service providers
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of field sales executives to achieve individual and team KPIs
Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities
