Center Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Operations Management

• Ensure smooth daily operations of the game zone including arcade, bowling, trampoline, go-karting, and other activities.
  
• Monitor machine performance, cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.
  
• Coordinate with technical and maintenance teams for timely issue resolution.
  
• Maintain daily checklists, operational reports, and ensure proper documentation.
  

2. Sales & Revenue Management

• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  
• Promote group bookings, birthday parties, school picnics, and corporate events.
  
• Drive upselling and cross-selling of games, food, and merchandise.
  
• Monitor POS transactions and ensure accuracy in billing and cash handling.
  

3. Customer Experience

• Ensure all guests receive excellent service and memorable experiences.
  
• Handle customer complaints or feedback promptly and professionally.
  
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and ambiance.
  

4. Team Leadership

• Supervise and guide team members including GROs, game attendants, caf staff, and technicians.
  
• Conduct regular team meetings, shift scheduling, and performance reviews.
  
• Train staff on customer service, safety protocols, and operational standards.
  
• Motivate and develop team members to ensure a positive work culture.
  

5. Inventory & Asset Management

• Monitor stock of game cards, F&B items, uniforms, and other supplies.
  
• Ensure assets are handled responsibly and maintenance is timely logged.
  
• Prevent misuse, theft, or loss through regular audits and supervision.
  

6. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with HR, IT, Marketing, and Accounts teams for smooth operations.
  
• Share daily sales, footfall, and incident reports with the management.
  
• Plan and execute marketing activities and local promotions in coordination with the marketing team.
  

7. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all safety norms, SOPs, and company policies are strictly followed.
  
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and grooming standards among all employees.
  
• Handle emergency situations (fire, injury, technical failure) calmly and effectively.
