Centre Manager

Responsibilities -

• Lead all client interactions and guest relations. Be the brand representative for all incoming enquiries and present sales pitches about the centre & its offerings to prospective clients
• Handling the Events at the Center end to end from enquiry & booking stage to complete execution including supervising the various departments such as housekeeping, food & beverage, repair & maintenance etc
• Manage the Overall Day to Day Operations and Running of the Center
• Handle client escalations and grievances
• Supervise & lead the staff & coordinate their day to day activities
• Lead the various teams & standardise processes around housekeeping. maintenance, food & beverage ops and cleanliness of the center.
• Prepare Daily and Monthly MIS reports & Maintain Basic Accounts & Petty Cash for the Center
• Co-ordinate with Suppliers & vendors

Good to Have -

• 5 yrs + experience in sales & client facing roles
• Experience in handling operations and leading teams
• Strong Communication skills

CTC - Upto Rs. 9 Lakhs (Based on last drawn)
