Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ahmedabad for the role of Center Manager. The Center Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations at the training center, ensuring delivery of high-quality training programs, monitoring student progress, and maintaining proper documentation. They will oversee staff, coordinate with local stakeholders, and drive successful placement outcomes for students. The role involves developing strategies to meet outreach and impact goals, maintaining operational efficiency, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage center operations and staff
  • Experience in training, mentoring, or facilitating professional skill development programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in report writing, documentation, and maintaining operational records
  • Ability to work with diverse communities and adapt to various local needs and challenges
  • Knowledge of the NGO or social development sector is an advantage
  • Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; prior experience in a similar role is preferred
