Job Title: Centre Manager – DDUGKY Project

Location: Guwahati Assam
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
CTC: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Centre Manager to lead and manage daily operations under the DDUGKY project at Guwahati Assam . The ideal candidate should be experience in handling in DDUJJKY Project Alstead 2 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day centre operations
• Manage trainers, staff, and student batches
• Implementation of the entire Training Program & Centre Management AS Per DDUGKY SOP
• Maintain MIS reports, documentation, and attendance records
• Coordinate with partners, vendors, and district officials
• Achieve enrolment, training, and placement targets
• Resolve centre-level issues and maintain discipline
• Ensure quality training and compliance

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Centre Manager / Centre Coordinator / similar role
• Candidate should be SOP Certified
• Strong communication & leadership skills
• Ability to manage teams and handle pressure
• Knowledge of government skill development projects (DDUGKY preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office and MIS reporting
