Center Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Center Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our academic/training center. The Center Manager will be responsible for administration, faculty coordination, student satisfaction, and business growth of the center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall center operations including academics, administration, and business development.
• Supervise faculty and staff, ensuring quality teaching and smooth functioning.
• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses and career options.
• Drive admissions, student engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Monitor academic schedules, student performance, and feedback systems.
• Achieve center targets related to admissions, revenue, and student outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and quality standards.
• Handle day-to-day administration, resource allocation, and problem resolution.
• Organize events, workshops, and promotional activities to enhance visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Education, or related field.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle administrative tasks and meet business goals.
• Familiarity with academic operations and student management systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Center Manager / Branch Manager in the education or training sector.
• Knowledge of sales, marketing, and academic counselling.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and deliver results under deadlines.

Pay: From ₹12,571.70 per month
