Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Center Manager located in Perambur. The Center Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the center, overseeing staff and resources, and ensuring the smooth delivery of all programs and activities. The individual will handle scheduling, coordination, and communication with various stakeholders. The Center Manager will build relationships with the community and partners, manage reporting and documentation, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder and community engagement
• Experience in managing teams and resources
• Ability to handle reporting, documentation, and ensure compliance with policies
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Social Work, or a related field
• Experience in the nonprofit sector or similar environment is a plus
