Currently located in Andheri & Thane, spanning across total 7000 sq feet. Responsibilities The Centre Manager would be responsible to manage the 100+ seater coworking centres in Thane. As the Centre Manager at Ascend Cowork in Thane, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the operations of the 100+ seater coworking centre. This includes managing the Profit & Loss statement, conducting tours for potential clients, sending proposals, and ensuring strong sales and post-sales relationship management. You will lead a team of housekeeping and office support staff to uphold the client experience and maintain the spaces. Additionally, you will be responsible for promptly addressing client issues, managing membership renewals and agreements, and fostering positive relationships with the building management and staff. Furthermore, your role will involve handling vendor relationships, overseeing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), managing consumables, and updating reports on infrastructure. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the Hospitality industry and have up to 3 years of experience in Hospitality, Coworking, or Real Estate.
