Center Head

Role Summary:

The Center Head will oversee the overall functioning of the preschool, ensuring high-quality learning experiences, smooth daily operations, strong team management, and effective parent engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead curriculum implementation and ensure age-appropriate learning.
• Manage daily operations, safety, and compliance.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff.
• Foster strong parent relationships and address concerns.
• Drive admissions and meet financial goals.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in preschool education, with leadership exposure.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Passion for early childhood learning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
