Key Responsibilities

• Lead the entire center operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning

• Meet monthly admission targets through effective team management and marketing strategies

• Supervise academic delivery and student satisfaction • Monitor faculty performance, grooming standards, and training quality

• Conduct and support aviation and grooming classes (preference to ex-cabin crew professionals)

• Organize industry workshops, events, and placement drives

Eligibility

• Graduate/Postgraduate (Aviation background preferred)

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience (aviation or education sector preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage teams, targets, and deadlines

• Ex-Cabin Crew candidates will be given preference.

📈 Salary: Negotiable (based on experience & performance)

⏰ Office Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
