Center Coordinator

Join our team as a Center Coordinator! Lead and inspire our preschool community by managing daily operations, interacting with parents, and staff management. Drive excellence in early childhood education while ensuring a safe, nurturing environment. Responsibilities include: - · The key role focuses on offering effective counseling to ensure successful student admissions and retention in both school and daycare. · Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents, families and community members to promote the school's programs and initiatives. · Administrative duties to manage day to day operations of school, including staff schedules and attendance tracking. Maintaining records and documentation etc · Oversee the maintenance to upkeep school's facilities and hygiene of school. · Review, supervise, inspect support staff work. · School transport management · Inventory and school supplies management · Record and manage school revenue, expenses along with financial reporting. · Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment with peers, support staff and management. · Maintain open communication channels with parents, management, and staff, including before and after office hours, to ensure accessibility and responsiveness. · Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise among staff, parents, or children. Overall, the preschool center coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring that the center provides high-quality education and care to young children and their families, while also managing the center effectively and efficiently with safety as top priority.
