Company Description Suzie’s is a whimsical garden restaurant located in the jungly by-lanes of Assagao, Goa. Chef Suzie’s playful fusion dishes merge local produce with various cooking styles and techniques. The menu changes seasonally to reflect the ingredients and moods. Each cocktail on the menu is specially crafted to match the playfulness of the food. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a CDP at Suzie’s in North Goa. The CDP will be responsible for daily food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Working closely with Chef Suzie, the CDP will help create innovative dishes that combine local flavors with different culinary techniques. Qualifications Experience in food preparation, cooking, and presentation Knowledge of culinary techniques and flavor combinations Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Team player with strong communication skills Creativity and passion for experimenting with food Organizational skills and attention to detail Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Culinary degree or certification is preferred Show more Show less
