Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) – South Indian to manage the South Indian kitchen section and deliver authentic, high-quality dishes. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of traditional South Indian cuisine, consistency in taste, and the ability to lead the section efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present authentic South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, sambar, chutneys, rice items, and regional specialties
• Manage daily operations of the South Indian section
• Ensure food quality, taste, portion control, and presentation standards
• Supervise and guide Commis and kitchen staff working in the section
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards as per FSSAI guidelines
• Monitor stock levels, minimize wastage, and assist in ordering raw materials
• Ensure timely preparation and service during peak hours
• Follow hotel policies and kitchen SOPs

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as CDP or Senior Commis in South Indian cuisine
• Strong knowledge of traditional South Indian cooking techniques and ingredients
• Ability to manage a kitchen section independently
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Team player with a positive attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
