Job Overview A Consultant with presales responsibilities plays a crucial role in bridging technical expertise with sales strategies to deliver data-driven solutions to clients. This position typically involves designing, developing, and maintaining CDP s olutions while also engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and articulate how CDP solutions can meet those needs. Role Overview: We are seeking a pre sales c onsultant to join our growing Customer Data Platform (CDP) Practice team . ADA helps the client to unlock the value of customer data from implementing CDP, design & execution of use cases for their business growth. Key Responsibilities: CDP Proposal & Presentation: Gathering client requirements for RFP and design and proposearchitecture and use cases for CDP best suited to the client’s requirements. Cost Estimation: Estimate the cost of implementation as per described in proposal. Client Engagement: Collaborate with sales teams to identify client requirements, providing technical insights that align with business objectives. Solution Presentation: Develop and present compelling data solutions, including Proof of Concepts (POCs), to demonstrate value to potential clients. Technical Support: Provide technical expertise during the sales process, including responding to RFPs and preparing proposals that address client specifications. Technical demo of solutions: Demo the solutions to meet the client’s requirements. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external clients, ensuring effective communication of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Market and Client Awareness: Stay updated on the latest technologies in data analytics, AI, and machine learning to provide informed recommendations and strategies, along with potential clients know how and promote cross-sell and up-sell in accounts Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in leading enterprise-level marketing/data projects, particularly in the design and deployment of customer data solutions. Strong expertise in CRM systems, data warehousing, and marketing automation tools, with a solid understanding of AI and machine learning applications in business & marketing. Proficiency in data analysis, modelling, and governance, with the ability to distil complex data into clear and actionable insights. Experience in deriving insights with developing actionable marketing strategies based on customer data Proven ability to work independently and in collaborative environments, partnering effectively with cross-functional teams across data engineering, marketing, and creative disciplines. Exceptional communication skills, adept at presenting complex technical concepts to business leaders and translating business requirements to technical teams. Strong interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and maintaining trusted client relationships. Experience in developing and delivering high-impact business presentations to C-suite executives and decision-makers. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with leading CDPs such as Treasure Data, Adobe, Segment, Tealium, and Salesforce. Experience with CRM/Marketing automation platforms like Brevo, HubSpot, Clevertap, Insider, and Braze. Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Amplitude, and Mixpanel. Experience with data visualization tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau. Experience with SEM, SEO, and Social Media Marketing Experience with Python, JavaScript, SQL, and other relevant programming languages.
