Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CD Loan Executive, based in Ranchi. The CD Loan Executive will be responsible for sourcing and disbursing consumer durable loans, ensuring timely collection of dues, and maintaining customer relationships. Key tasks include loan origination, appraisal, verification, and processing, as well as working closely with customers to maintain high satisfaction levels. The role involves meeting sales targets, handling customer queries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in loan origination, appraisal, and processing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer relations
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and handle customer queries efficiently
• Understanding of compliance requirements and ability to follow company policies
• Proficiency in using loan management software and other relevant tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
