Position Overview:
Hami Technologies is seeking a skilled and experienced CCTV Technician with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and Configuration:
• Install, configure, and set up CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and related equipment.
• Ensure proper placement of cameras for optimal coverage and functionality.
• Conduct cable routing, wiring, and connections as per industry standards.
• Maintenance and Repairs:
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of CCTV systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with cameras, recording devices, and network systems.
• Repair or replace faulty equipment as needed.
• System Integration:
• Integrate CCTV systems with other security systems such as access control, alarms, and monitoring software.
• Ensure seamless connectivity and functionality across all integrated systems.
• Client Support:
• Provide technical support and training to clients on the use of CCTV systems.
• Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Prepare reports and documentation for clients and internal use.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure all work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Adhere to safety protocols while working at client sites.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CCTV Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, including analog, IP, and wireless cameras.
• Proficiency in working with DVRs, NVRs, and video management software.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and IP configurations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as required.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCTV installation, networking, or electronics) are a plus.
