The CCTV Operator ensures patient, staff, and asset safety by monitoring surveillance systems, responding to incidents, and maintaining security equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor live CCTV feeds to detect threats, safety risks, or unauthorized access.
Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies by alerting security/medical teams.
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV equipment.
Manage and secure video footage in compliance with privacy laws.
Prepare incident reports and support investigations.
Coordinate with hospital staff, security, and law enforcement when required.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proficient in CCTV and security systems.
Strong observation and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Ability to multitask and stay focused under pressure.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and hospital security protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
