Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and service requests professionally.
• Maintain customer records, service schedules, and complaint logs.
• Coordinate with service engineers and technicians for timely service delivery.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
• Prepare daily service reports and communicate updates to management.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
• Escalate unresolved issues to concerned departments promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / BA preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or coordination role (HVAC or technical service industry preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
