CBG:Circle Head - Liability

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Commercial Banking Coverage Group in Axis Bank Limited The ideal candidate will have between 15 to 18 years of experience, with at least 5 years of people leadership experience

• Develop business relationships with Commercial Banking customers to increase the CA Book and fee income
• Achieve targets set for individual products like CA Balances ETB & NTB, Trade Forex, CMS & Asset lead generation
• Establish and strengthen relations with key customers to enhance relationships and generate sustained business
• Identify and convert potential customers into sales of tailored products to enhance product penetration
• Deepen existing relationships by cross-selling asset and other bank products to new and existing customers
• Maintain a healthy portfolio and monitor its depletion
• Interact/Liaise with various departments to ensure lead generation for CA, Trade & FX
• Ensure compliance with due processes and guidelines
• Create a performance-oriented environment leading to high employee motivation and productivity
• Ensure staffing requirements of the center are met and provide adequate training on bank products, sales processes, and policies

• Graduate/Post Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience and a total of 15-18 years of experience engaging with sales functions
• Possess knowledge of CA, Trade & FX and banking products and services
• Demonstrate the ability to manage ambiguity and possess good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Exhibit the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Have good networking and relationship-building skills
• Proficiently utilize knowledge of retail products such as salary, trust services, forex, commercial card, and credit cards
