Salt Range Foods Private Limited supports Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) under the Central Sector Scheme for “Formation and Promotion of 10,000 FPOs.” We focus on improving farmer income, strengthening institutional capacity, and promoting sustainable agribusiness. This role offers a chance to contribute directly to rural development through field coordination and operational support.

Role Description

The CBBO Field Support Officer will provide operational and technical assistance to assigned FPOs within the Salt Range Foods cluster. The position involves regular field visits, stakeholder coordination, data management, and supporting project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

⦿Provide on-ground support for FPO operations, data collection, and project implementation.

⦿Coordinate with government and private agencies for facilitation and approvals.

⦿Maintain proper documentation, attendance records, and compliance.

⦿Ensure effective communication between FPO, CBBO, and partner agencies.

Represent the organization professionally in the field.

Qualifications & Requirements

⦿Education: Graduate in Agriculture or related field.

⦿Experience: Experience with FPOs, NGOs, or agri-field work preferred.

⦿Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and travel within 200 km (Gwalior, Shivpuri, Sheopur, Bhander).

⦿Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills; knowledge of FPO operations; proficiency in GPS, Gmail, WhatsApp, and Excel.

⦿Attributes: Professionalism, accountability, and field readiness.

Key Result Areas (KRA)

⦿Task Execution & Accountability: Complete assigned tasks on time and achieve milestones for FPO/CBBO. Payment on job basis.

⦿Attendance & Documentation: Maintain FPO attendance and ensure all payments are backed by Board Resolutions.

⦿Reporting & Evidence: Share daily geo-tagged photos/reports; GPS must remain ON during work hours.

⦿Coordination: Liaise with FPO Board, CEO, and CBBO staff; report updates promptly.

⦿Compliance: Follow organizational standards; false reporting or GPS tampering will result in non-payment.

⦿Additional: Support farmer mobilization, data collection, and record-keeping for audits.

Compensation

⦿Salary: Up to ₹10,000/month based on task performance.

⦿Conveyance: Paid per kilometer (GPS verified).

⦿Payment Mode: Job-based, as per approved list.
