Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Catering Sales Executive, located at Taj Malabar Resort & Spa, Cochin. The Catering Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for catering services by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and executing sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, coordinating with the operations team to ensure seamless event execution, conducting market research, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts with clients. The executive will work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and enhance the brand presence.
